An attractive hybrid of (albertiana x ixioides) by Mark Dimmitt, who has made several plants in a series, using T. albertiana as one parent. A colorful small hybrid with intensely peach to reddish-orange flowers. The inflorescence is on a 3 inch scape with a cluster of branches at the end, bearing multiple flowers. Very pretty.

A hybrid of (albertiana x zecheri). An interesting and somewhat variable plant with a 6 inch stem covered with dark purple-green, shiny leaves or sometimes silvery gray leaves. The inflorescence is short with purple flowers. A colorful plant that makes clusters of offsets. Very easy to cultivate mounted or hanging from a string. 

Tillandsia brachycaulos × Tillandsia fasciculata

A John Arden hybrid of (jalisco-monticola x capitata). A tough and showy plant with leathery reddish leaves in a symmetrical, very leafy rosette. The inflorescence is a tight cluster of many dark orange branches in a capitate head with long scape bracts exceeding the branches. Very long lasting in color. A heavy plant, tough and sturdy, easy to grow. Grows well mounted or potted in a fast draining mix with good aeration. 

A hybrid of (caput-medusae x balbisiana) definitely leaning more to the T. caput-medusae parent.  A bulbous base with long and twisting leaves that are more terete than flat. 

The inflorescence is a cluster of bright red branches on a short scape.  The plant is silvery with trichomes, but has a reddish blush in strong light and at anthesis.
