A slender cascading species with stems triangular in cross section. The angles change about one third at each joint. Length between internodes is about 3 inches and it freely branches forming a handsome cascade. Flowers are large, over a half inch, and can be white to light pink. The fruits are set into the stem somewhat and are dark red. This species is native to southeastern Brazil.
