This is an unidentified species of Hylaeaicum collected by Jeffery Kent in Colombia. Typical of Hylaeaicum which are all native to the Amazon Basin or Amazon slopes of the Andes, they are stoloniferous epiphytes with spiny leaves and tightly compressed central inflorescences of white flowers.
This plant could be one of the eleutheropetalum, roseum or meeanum group and likely is. It grows to about 12 to 16 inches across with very spiny leaves with a lavender-pink center flush at anthesis and offsets produced on stolons.
