FRAGRANT FLOWER
An Ecuadorean plant that grows in large clusters which resemble a lion’s mane. Native to moist forests from sea level to 5,000 feet or so, this plant grows readily potted or mounted, if kept a little moist. The inflorescence is a tall, distichous spike with flowers arranged so as to resemble a ladder. The flower petals are white and quite sweetly fragrant. Easy to grow.
