A clone of (carolinae x concentrica) x 'Avalon' selected from an original cross by RL Frasier. A symmetrical 30 inch open rosette of 3 to 3 1/2 inch wide leaves of good substance. The base coloration is glossy apple green, with frequent flecks of reddish pigmentation and some concentric banding. The leaves have fine spines and are margined with a 3/8 inch wide ivory albomargination, which tints reddish at anthesis and in bright light. The center flush at anthesis is burgundy-red and extends nearly to the tips of the central leaf whorl.
