Some years ago, Chester Skotak gave Linda a large seedling and told her that it was going to be a special plant. She took it, we grew it, and sure enough it became a beauty. A very large grower to over 30 inches across with many (40-50) moderately wide leaves to 4 inches wide, in a symmetrical rosette. The leaves have a wide, creamy-white medio-picta variegation which is nearly 3/4 of the leaf width, and are heavily marked with concentric banding and some blotching of deep purple-red. The center flushes reddish-purple at anthesis, spreading out to about 1/3 of the leaf.
