Neoregelia 'Daniel Serrano' (#3-2 x N. concentrica RLF) A hybrid of exceptional merit. Large growing, to over 30 inches in a full and symmetrical rosette of 5 to 6 inch wide leaves, with wide medio-picta variegation of clear white. Some concentric banding is evident, but the plant has a clean appearance. A wide cup of deep purple extends to color the upper whorl of leaves out to the tips at anthesis. We thought so much of this cross that we named it after our first grandson!
