A cultivar of ‘Milagro’ [(carolinae x concentrica) x ‘Royal Burgundy’]. A ‘reverse’ variegated sport with random central variegation rather than the albomargination seen in ‘Milagro’.
Selected from a clone that sported at Tropiflora, it has striking coloration of bright red mottled glaze over glossy green with white variegation. The plant reaches nearly 30 inches across in a flat rosette of 1½ inch wide, red-tipped leaves. No color flush at anthesis.
