Billbergia sanderiana – Some Bills have fantastic colors and some have great shapes. This one has an interesting form, somewhat thickly vase shaped, with wide leaves and heavy black spines. Mostly of a solid light green color, it produces a rather magnificent pendant inflorescence. Large showy pink bracts and branches of green striped flowers make a wonderful, if short lived, show.
