A beautiful species that came to us from Selby Gardens (SEL 91-0490) has subtle pastel coloration. A smaller species to about 18 inches tall with an upright, tubular shape. The leaves are stiff, light green blushing orange in good light with an inflorescence bearing peachy-orange bracts and blue tipped flowers. This clone came from Boqueirao, Santa Leopoldina, Santa Catarina, Brazil on a trip with Tom Lineham, Sam Smith and Elton Leme. A very satisfying plant to cultivate.
