Our nursery includes over six acres of covered greenhouses plus additional open growing areas. Most plant varieties are produced here from seed or cuttings and some are brought in from tissue culture laboratories. As big as we are we still cannot produce everything that we’d like to. So, in order to offer the best possible selection, we do obtain certain items from other reputable dealers, and we stand behind their quality the same as our own. But by far and away, most plants we offer are produced right here.

And we have built a clientele that spans every state of the union and many countries across the globe. We specialize in supplying individual collectors as well as botanical gardens, zoos, aquariums and public gardens around the world. We sell most items wholesale to small resellers, but DO NOT supply mass merchandisers. We leave that for the ‘plant factory’ type nurseries. All of our stock is lovingly produced and tailored to the individual needs of our varied customer base.

Ever go to a site and find a plant that you want and can’t tell what size it is? Sure, the picture shows a blooming plant, but is the plant you will receive a seedling, a cutting or a mature plant? We don’t like such mysteries and will list clearly the pot size for the plant you are buying, whether it is a single or a clump, cutting or offset, seedling or mature. No more guessing. Choose with confidence and only consider price and cost of shipping.

Our website is designed to be used 24/7 by anyone, without assistance. All ports are secure and (we hope) things are easy to understand. However, if you have a question that you just have to have answered or if you need assistance, you can phone us (toll free in the U.S.) during our business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Emails will be answered as soon as possible during the same hours. Visitors are always welcome during business hours without an appointment. OUR POLICY IS RAPID TURNAROUND

We do most domestic shipping Monday through Wednesday, but ship all week long. We treat all orders equally on a first come first served basis as much as possible. We handle rush requests to the best of our ability and endeavor to get all orders out and in the hands of our clients a rapidly as possible. Shipping methods are by means of your choice and all packing is professionally done to accommodate the varied products, shipping methods and weather conditions.
