An all-time favorite from Brazil is about 6 inches across in a leafy rosette with stiff gray-green leaves. It produces a stunning blue-flowered, plume-shaped pink inflorescence in the summer. In nature this plant can be found growing on the restinga sands of beach dunes and in trees in the foothills of the Atlantic Range in Brazil.

We received these plants as straight Tillandsia seleriana but quickly realized there was something different about them. After further research we have decided the plant to be Tillandsia 'Selerepton', a hybrid of Tillandsia seleriana x streptophylla. Our plants grow to about 12 inches in height before blooming.

A large growing and spectacular hybrid by John Arden is a cultivar of (jalisco monticola x roland-gosselinii). A graceful, arching rosette of narrow, silvery leaves, reaching over 24 inches in diameter. The inflorescence is a tall scape to over 2 feet tall, with a cluster of inflated branches, red on the bottom becoming green on top. Very showy and long lasting in bloom.

This one of the larger species, growing to well over 12 inches tall. It is more upright with silvery leaves and an inflorescence of orange which terminates in an offset.
I do not believe that I purchased a latafolia. But your order was excellent for what I did get.

A clone of (seleriana x tricolor) by Bill Timm. A unusual hybrid that produces a bulbous base with upright, terete leaves dusted with silvery trichomes. The inflorescence is branched, rose-red with blue flowers and emerges from the leaves to one side of the rosette.

New Tropiflora hybrid by Ray Lemeiux of Tillandsia concolor 'Cuicatlan' x Tillandsia fasciculata 'Tropiflora' has long stiff tapering green leaves that reach approximately 16 inches from base to tip. The inflorescence is branched with red and green brachts.
