Aloe vaombe x saponaria
6093
This is a hybrid that happened accidentally at our nursery. One day our former succulent grower saw some migrating finches visiting the Aloe vaombe and saponarias which were in bloom. Many went from plant to plant several times, either way, they are nice and vigorous and will probably grow large.

Aloe nobilis variegated
3147
A nicely variegated form of this compact growing, wide leaved species that forms rosettes of many leaves, up to 10 to 12 inches in diameter. The plants have green leaves with white spines, and bold golden yellow to bright white variegation. This species is thought by some to be a hybrid between Aloe mitriformis or distans and possibly brevifolia. A clustering plant suitable for landscape and is noted to be somewhat frost tolerant. Reddish orange flowers on two foot tall spikes emerge in summer, creating a spectacular show.
