A large growing Neoregelia hybrid by Chester Skotak, released in 2012, is a cultivar of [(carolinae variegated x cruenta) x Bobbie Hull] x Spines. Reaching twenty inches tall and over thirty two across, it has amazingly wide leaves at five inches across!
Very slow growing and slow to offset so is therefore not common in collections.
The leaves are albomarginated, green with white margins. The plant develops a reddish pink veneer over all with a kind of grayish wash. The leaf margins have only moderate spines.
