We usually like to tell something about the pedigree of each of our plants, but this one is pretty much a mystery. We got our original plant from extraordinary terrestrial bromeliad grower; Brian Windham. About all we can say is that the plant resembles strongly a Dyckia and has tapering, stiff leaves that are green, turning very dark brown in strong light, with large white spines.
