It has twisted stems covered with prominent leaf scars and bears thick leaves with wavy margins, colored solid green rather than the typical mix of green, brown and copper. From the smallest sizes it forms a caudex that will become substantial with time. Our plants were selected from seeds grown here from a controlled pollination.
