Rarely available for sale this Tillandsia is native to the south-facing rocky cliffs of Bolivia. Very similar to T. usneoides in that it clumps to form long strings of attached plants. It has, however, a strong root-formation, straight stocky stems with short internodes and rounded leaves. Flowers are fragrant, brown-yellow in color and minute. Our plants are nursery grown.
