Known as 'Fudge Ripple' in the trade, a chocolate-brown and strikingly silver banded species with a somewhat lax and floccose white inflorescence. From the vicinity of Wenceslau Guimarães in Bahia, Brazil, where it live in hilly country on exposed rock outcrops. Tall, with a flaring tubular shape, it matures at over 3 feet tall. A beautiful foliage plant that can be grown in nearly full sun, but does well even in lower light. Once very rare and very expensive, its popularity has made it more available in recent years.
