The best of the variegated sports of this large growing species. Easily reaching three feet across with 3.5 inch wide leaves, each with bold white variegation up the center. The inflorescence is a tall, heavy panicle of white berries.
This is also the rarest form of variegated mexicana and a choice collector item. Ae. Mexicana is widespread from Mexico to Ecuador where it grows epiphytically in seasonally dry forests. Widely used in landscapes, it can adapt to full sun but prefers open shade.
