A rather giant growing form of this variable species, found in Costa Rica. It's fat, bulbous base and fuzzy, contorted leaves bear a resemblance to Tillandsia seleriana, but is much leafier and much smaller than that species. There are bigger clones than this one, one from Colombia that we no longer have, but we haven't seen anything this large in pruinosa for a very long time.
