Holy cow! This fern has a lot of common names; Grub Fern, Caterpillar Fern, Frog Foot Fern, Naked Rabbit Foot Fern and my favorite: the E.T. Fern. A unique footed fern with green rhizomes that look altogether otherworldly, hence the name E.T., etc. The foliage is delicately graceful, with soft leaves about a foot long. Can be grown mounted, tree fern is a good substrate, and does well in a hanging basket where the rhizomes will eventually cover the entire surface. Keep in filtered light and a little moist, but not wet.
