Called the 'French Staghorn' because of its hybrid origins. Said to be a cross of P. veitchii x willinckii, it is a smaller variety with uniquely narrow, nicely divided fertile fronds that are coated with a felt-like layer of white trichomes. The shield fronds are spiky at the top and very decorative. This form, like veitchii, likes to dry well between waterings.
