A medium size growing Agave. Grows to 12 to 24 inches across and 12 to 24 inches tall. The leaves are medium to dark green. The leaf edges have large long brown teeth that turn gray with age. Prefers bright light to full sun. Grow in a well draining soil mix.

This is a spectacular clone of an already fabulous plant. A slow grower that reaches only 12 inches or so, with many stiff, thickly triangular, deep green leaves with white lines along the chiseled-looking, angular, spineless leaf margins. The compact growth forms a ball like rosette. The non-variegated form is native to northern Mexico; it is very rare in nature. This choice clone, the rarest of all, has been around for some years, but has never been common and in fact has hardly ever been made available. The difference is immediate when you see it, but consists of the normal thin lines on the margins being replaced with broad white marginal variegation. This is a spectacular plant in every sense of the word. Grow in bright light, short of full sun, water when dry, do not keep wet. Reasonably cold hardy down to freezing for short periods without any apparent stress.
